Subject of the contract
These terms govern the use of the software-as-a-service returnEasier, provided by Julià Carboneras Girgas (hereinafter, we) to the customer who installs the app on their Shopify store (hereinafter, you or the merchant).
The service is a withdrawal and returns management tool, integrated with Shopify, compliant with Directive 2011/83/EU and its national transposition.
Acceptance
By installing returnEasier from the Shopify App Store, you accept these terms in full. If you don't agree, don't install the app; that's it. No asterisks.
Permitted use
You may use returnEasier to manage returns and withdrawals for shoppers of your own Shopify store. You may not:
- Reverse-engineer the product or attempt to access another account.
- Use it to process unlawful transactions, prohibited products or fraudulent stores.
- Overload the service with undocumented automated requests.
- Resell the service without a written partner agreement.
Pricing and billing
The current prices are those published on the pricing page. Billing is monthly or yearly, as you choose, and runs through Shopify's payments platform.
The annual price carries a permanent 20% discount versus monthly billing. Any change to rates will be communicated 30 days in advance.
Service level (SLA)
We guarantee a minimum monthly uptime of 99.9%, excluding announced maintenance windows. If we miss it, you get a credit on your next invoice, by plan:
- Compliance
- No financial SLA — best effort.
- Pro
- 10% credit for each 0.1% below 99.9%, up to 50% of the fee.
- Scale
- 25% credit for each 0.1% below 99.95%, up to 100% of the fee.
Limitation of liability
returnEasier is a tool. Ultimate responsibility for regulatory compliance and for each commercial decision rests with the merchant. We are responsible for the correct operation of the product, for our obligations as data controller and for the applicable legal warranties.
In any case, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount equivalent to twelve monthly fees of the service.
Cancellation and termination
You can uninstall the app whenever you like from the Shopify panel, with no cancellation fee. We'll send you the signable export of your audit log within 7 days. We keep only what is strictly necessary to meet legal obligations (billing, accounting).
We may terminate the contract in the event of a serious breach on your part, after notice with a 15-day cure period.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts of Madrid, without prejudice to the consumer's mandatory rights.
