To withdraw from your purchase, click the «Withdraw from contract here» button in the store, enter your email and order number, and confirm from the link you receive by email. In under a minute you'll have an acknowledgement with the date and time of your request. You don't need an account or to justify anything.
You have 14 calendar days
From when you receive the product you have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the contract, without having to give any explanation. It's a consumer right in the EU, Directive 2011/83/EU (as amended by Directive (EU) 2023/2673). The store cannot ask you for a reason or put obstacles in your way.
Step 1: find the button and identify your order
Look for the «Withdraw from contract here» button in the store; it's usually in the footer, and it may also appear in your order emails. Clicking it opens a simple form:
- Your email (the one you used at checkout).
- The order number.
You're not asked to create an account or sign in: the law expressly forbids it. Click Continue.
Step 2: confirm from your email
For security, we send a magic link to your email (it expires in one hour). Open it and you'll see your order summary. There you can:
- Choose the items you want to return (all come selected by default).
- Add a reason, if you feel like it. It's optional and never blocks the process.
Click «Confirm withdrawal from contract». There are two steps on purpose — to avoid accidental confirmations — not to make things harder for you.
What you receive when you confirm
In under 60 seconds you get a confirmation email with:
- The exact date and time of your request.
- A unique identifier.
- The summary of what you're returning.
- The next steps and a downloadable PDF.
Keep that acknowledgement: it's the proof that you exercised your right within the deadline.
After you withdraw
The store receives your request instantly. From there it has 14 calendar days to refund you from when it receives your notice. It may wait to receive the products (or proof that you've sent them) before paying. If you want to know when you'll see the money, read «When will I get my refund?».
