Quota alert improvements: a usage bar and more useful notices

Your dashboard gets an always-visible usage bar with your monthly (or trial) returns, and the quota alerts are refined: a notice when you exceed your plan two months in a row, and a reminder every 5 extra returns once you pass 100%. None of this ever blocks the withdrawal button.

We keep refining how returnEasier tells you about your returns quota. Starting today you have an always-visible usage bar on the dashboard and two better-tuned notices, built to give you context without pressuring you and with no dark patterns.

An always-visible usage bar

In the returnEasier dashboard inside your Shopify admin, the «Plan usage» card shows a bar with the returns you've used and your plan's limit, at any usage level —not only when you're near the cap—. On the Free plan it reflects your trial returns. It's purely informative: it tells you where you stand at a glance and links to the plans page in case you want to change.

A notice when you exceed your plan two months in a row

If you go over your plan's monthly limit two months in a row, we send you an email suggesting the next plan up, with both months' volume in view. It's a suggestion, not an obligation: it's sent at most once a month and only when the pattern truly repeats.

A reminder every 5 extra returns

Once you pass 100% of your quota, we re-send the notice every 5 additional returns, with updated figures. It's the same honest message as always —no false urgency—, just a reminder that your volume is running above what your plan covers.

The withdrawal button never blocks

We repeat it because it matters: hitting the limit disables nothing. Your customers' requests keep being recorded and processed, and the withdrawal button stays active because it's required by law. These alerts only help you decide, with clear data, whether a higher plan is worth it.
