Today we're launching the returnEasier help centre at returneasier.com/help: clear answers for merchants and shoppers, in all 7 languages of the app, designed to resolve questions without opening a ticket.
What you'll find
The help centre is organised into two main blocks and a changelog:
- For your store. How to turn on the withdrawal button, handle requests from the dashboard and get the most out of returnEasier in your Shopify admin.
- For your shoppers. How to withdraw from a purchase, what the deadlines are and when the refund arrives. These are articles you can link directly to whoever buys from you.
- What's new. This changelog, where we explain in plain language what's changing in the product.
Built to show up in Google and in assistants
Each article answers a specific question from the first line and is marked up with structured data (frequently asked questions and steps), so both search engines and AI assistants can cite it. It's the same quality bar we apply to the blog.
