On the Pro plan your branding already travelled on the confirmation PDF of every request. From today, that same branding also accompanies the portal your shopper sees and the emails they receive: your name in the footer and your colour in the legal bar. The returns experience feels yours from start to finish.
What changes
Until now the shopper portal and emails showed returnEasier branding on every plan. Now, if you're on Pro or above, the shopper sees your store name and your brand colour throughout the whole journey, just as the PDF already did.
In the shopper portal
The pages your shopper goes through —email verification, order summary, return management and the success screen— show your branding in the footer and apply your colour to the legal bar. The first access screen stays neutral on purpose, because we don't yet know which store the person writing in comes from.
In the emails
The five emails your shopper receives —access link, withdrawal confirmation, status changes and the notices for an exchange— now carry your store name in the footer and your colour in the legal strip. The confirmation email uses the same plan as its attached PDF, so branding and content never contradict each other.
What stays the same
The legal content does not change: the withdrawal button, its «Withdraw from contract here» label and the time-stamped acknowledgement are identical on every plan. On the free plan and on Compliance, the portal and emails still show returnEasier branding. And the internal notices that reach you as a merchant keep our branding, on purpose.
How to turn it on
If you already use returnEasier, upgrading to the Pro plan is all it takes: your store name is taken automatically from your Shopify store, and the colour is the primary one you chose in the onboarding wizard. From there, your branding applies on its own to the portal, the shopper's emails and the PDF, with no further setup.
