returnEasier has four plansFree, Compliance, Pro and Scale— plus a bespoke Enterprise plan for larger cases. Prices run from 0 to 79.99 USD a month, with a −20% discount if you pay for the year up front. The withdrawal button is on every plan, including Free: it is a legal obligation and never depends on your plan. What changes between plans is the return volume and the commercial flow (exchanges, store credit, rules, shipping labels).

Plans and pricing at a glance

Plan Price/month (USD) Annual (−20%) Returns Trial
Free 0 3 (one-off trial) No card
Compliance 14.99 143.90 USD/year 25/month
Pro 24.99 239.90 USD/year 100/month 14 days
Scale 79.99 767.90 USD/year 400/month 14 days
Enterprise Bespoke Bespoke Bespoke Demo

Prices are set in USD because Shopify's managed billing works in dollars; Shopify shows each merchant the equivalent amount in their local currency when they choose the plan. The −20% annual discount is already included in the yearly price (it is not a temporary promotion).

Free — to try returnEasier

The Free plan costs 0 USD and asks for no card. It is a demo plan: it includes 3 trial returns (a one-off allowance, not a monthly one) so you can see how the app works from start to finish. It comes with the withdrawal button and a basic audit log.

When you use up the 3 trial returns, the withdrawal button stays active for your customers —it is required by law and is never blocked— and new requests keep being recorded; you will simply see a notice inviting you to choose a paid plan.

Compliance — meet EU Directive 2023/2673

At 14.99 USD/month (143.90 USD/year), the Compliance plan is the complete legal plan. It includes:

  • Withdrawal button in the footer, header or floating.
  • 25 returns a month.
  • Multi-language legal templates.
  • Immutable audit log with chained hashing.
  • Signed confirmation PDF.
  • Auditable export of your history.

Compliance covers the Legal Flow (withdrawal → refund). It does not include the commercial flow (exchanges, store credit): for that you need Pro.

Pro — returns, exchanges and store credit ⭐

At 24.99 USD/month (239.90 USD/year) and with a 14-day trial, the Pro plan is the most popular. It includes everything in Compliance and adds the Commercial Flow:

  • 100 returns a month.
  • Exchanges (variant selection).
  • Store credit.
  • Configurable rules.
  • Customer photos.
  • Your own branding on the PDF and portal (without the returnEasier mark).

Scale — for high-volume shops

At 79.99 USD/month (767.90 USD/year) and with a 14-day trial, the Scale plan includes everything in Pro and adds:

  • 400 returns a month.
  • Shipping labels with Sendcloud.
  • Full multi-language support: the portal serves all 7 languages with automatic detection of each customer's language (on the other plans the portal runs in the single language you choose).
  • Advanced analytics.

Enterprise — bespoke

Enterprise is a private plan tailored to each customer: multi-store, ERP integrations, dedicated onboarding and an account manager. It has no public price; you sign up by talking to us via the "Contact us" option on the website.
