Two fixes you can notice today: the carrier selector fills in again if you picked “Other EU country” during onboarding, and the auditable export now takes up to 1,200 requests per download.
Carriers if you picked “Other EU country”
The onboarding country dropdown includes an “Other EU country” option for stores whose country isn’t on the short list. That value was saved as-is and later sent to Sendcloud when asking which return carriers are available — but Sendcloud only accepts two-letter country codes (ES, PT, DE…), so it rejected the query and the preferred carrier selector under Return labels stayed empty, with no explanation.
returnEasier now checks that the country is a valid code before asking. The order is: the country of your return address if you’ve saved one, otherwise the onboarding country when it’s a valid code, and ES as a last resort. Exports of up to 1,200 requests
The auditable export (Compliance → Export) capped each export at 1,000 requests. We’ve raised it to 1,200, which is a full quarter for a Scale store using its whole quota (400 returns a month). You can now ask for a quarterly range in one go instead of splitting it.
Nothing else changes: up to 100 requests the ZIP downloads straight away; above that, returnEasier prepares it and sends you a link by email. If the range still goes over 1,200, the app tells you how many there are and asks you to narrow the dates. Details in audit log and export.
The Free plan has no monthly quota
While we were at it, we made this explicit where it mattered: the Free plan is a trial, with 3 returns in total — a one-off allowance, not a monthly one. Somewhere internally it was recorded as if it were 3 per month; not any more. Once the trial is used up, the withdrawal button stays active (the law doesn’t allow blocking it) and you’ll only see a notice inviting you to choose a plan. What doesn’t change
The “Withdraw from contract here” button, the shopper portal, the emails and the acknowledgement PDF work exactly as they did yesterday. These changes affect the shipping settings (Scale plan), the auditable export cap and how we describe the Free plan allowance.
