returnEasier speaks 7 languages

The shopper portal, the legal templates, the emails, the acknowledgement PDF and the help centre are available in Spanish, English, Portuguese, Catalan, Italian, French and German. Here's how the language is chosen and what changes with the Scale plan.

Selling in Europe means selling in several languages. That's why every shopper-facing surface of returnEasier —portal, legal texts, emails, acknowledgement PDF and help centre— is available in seven languages: Spanish, English, Portuguese, Catalan, Italian, French and German.

What's translated

It's not just the interface: it's everything the shopper sees and receives. The withdrawal and return portal, the legal templates (with the citation from each language's national basis), the emails for the magic link and confirmation, the acknowledgement PDF and the articles in this help centre are all served in the appropriate language.

How the language is chosen

It depends on your plan:

  • Monolingual plans (Free, Compliance, Pro): you choose one language during onboarding and the whole portal is served in it. It's the natural fit for a store selling in a single market.
  • Scale plan: the portal uses automatic detection of the shopper's language, for stores that sell to several countries at once.

In every case, the binding acknowledgement —PDF and confirmation emails— is issued in the store's language, so the legal document stays stable.

Why it matters

A shopper who understands every step completes their return with fewer doubts and writes to support less. And a legal text in the right language, with the citation from the national regulation, gives both parties confidence.
